Free US Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on diesel performance parts shipped within the contiguous United States. Most in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days from the warehouse closest to you.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.

Transit Times

Standard ground transit typically takes 2-7 business days depending on your location. Heavy or oversized items (replacement fuel tanks, exhaust systems, etc.) may ship via freight carrier and take 5-10 business days.

Apparel & Merchandise

Apparel and merchandise items are produced on demand and typically ship within 5-7 business days of order, then transit normally.

International Orders

For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at sales@graysoncountydiesel.com before placing your order so we can quote freight.

Returns

Return Window

Eligible new, unused, uninstalled items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Installed parts, electrical components that have been powered on, and special-order items are non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

Email sales@graysoncountydiesel.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll respond with an RMA number and return shipping instructions.

Restocking Fee

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was shipped in error or arrived defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or is defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Apparel & Merchandise

Custom-printed apparel and merchandise are non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defect.
