60 Gallon Replacement Fuel Tank for 2017-2025 Ford Powerstroke 6.7L Crew Cab Short Bed

Important Notes: The nozzle at high-flow fuel stations (truck stops) will not be able to fill automatically.

This tank holds approximately 60 gallons of fuel. The float's empty position in the S&B Tank is the same as the OEM tank. Since the bottom surface area on the S&B Tank is larger, the 60-gallon tank with have a greater fuel reserve.

According to the Ford TSB 17-0046. If your truck has a build date prior to 3-20-17. Replace the fuel Level Sender Resistor Card Assembly with Ford part # HC3Z-9A299-N.

If you purchased this tank prior to 1/1/2024, it won't fit 2023+High Output models as a revision was made to accommodate the fuel line going to the DPF. 

Fuel gauge will need an EZ LYNK to be recalibrated
